All descriptions and images are provided as accurately as possible.

Please note that colours may vary slightly due to screen differences.

Originals

Original artworks are one-of-a-kind unless stated otherwise.

Once an original artwork is sold, it will not be reproduced as another original.

Prints may be made from the original unless otherwise specified.

Prints

Fine art prints are reproductions made from original artwork.
They are not one-of-a-kind, even if produced in small batches.

Print sizes, paper type, and signing details are listed in each product description.

Commissions

Commission availability is limited and may be opened or closed at any time.

Custom or commissioned artworks:

  • are created specifically for the buyer
  • are non-returnable for change of mind
  • require agreement on scope and price before work begins

Copyright remains with the artist unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£) unless stated otherwise.

Where applicable, VAT is included in the listed price.

Payment must be completed in full at checkout. Orders will not be processed until payment is received.

Shipping

Orders are shipped from the UK using postal or courier services as described at checkout.

Shipping times are estimates only and may vary, especially for international orders.

Buyers are responsible for:

  • providing an accurate delivery address
  • any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees for international orders

Purchasing an original or print does not grant the buyer rights to:

  • resell images
  • use the artwork commercially

Limitation of Liability

The artist is not responsible for:

  • delays caused by postal services or customs
  • damage caused by incorrect handling after delivery
  • losses beyond the value of the purchased item

Personal information is handled in accordance with the
Privacy Policy, which explains how data is collected and used.

Changes to these Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time.
The version in effect at the time of purchase will apply to that order.

Copyright, AI & Use Restrictions

All artwork on this website, including originals, prints, and
images displayed online, remains the copyright of Shaknys.

Purchasing an original artwork or print does not grant the buyer
any rights to reproduce, distribute, or commercially use the artwork.

The following uses are strictly prohibited without prior written permission:

  • uploading artwork to any
    artificial intelligence (AI) systems,
    datasets, or training models
  • using artwork for machine learning,
    image generation, or AI-assisted tools
  • scanning, photographing, or
    digitising artwork for reproduction
    or redistribution
  • using artwork in NFTs, datasets,
    or automated content systems
  • commercial or promotional
    use of the artwork in any form

These restrictions apply to:

  • original artworks
  • prints
  • digital images shown on this website
  • photographs of the artwork taken by the buyer

Unauthorised use may result in legal action.
