Returns & Refunds Policy
(non-custom items)
If you purchase a non-custom item (such as prints or ready-made original artwork),
you may request a return within 14 days of delivery, in line with UK consumer law.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in original condition
- The item must be securely packaged for return
- Return postage costs are the buyer’s responsibility
Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued for the item price.
Original artwork
Original artworks may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they
are returned in the same condition as received and securely packaged.
If an original artwork has been used, damaged, altered, reproduced,
scanned, or handled beyond what is necessary to inspect the item,
a return may be refused or the refund may be reduced to reflect the loss of value.
Custom / commissioned work
Custom or commissioned artworks are non-returnable for change of mind, as they are created specifically for you.
If a commissioned piece arrives damaged or faulty, please contact me and I will make it right.
Damaged or faulty items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of:
- the packaging, and
- the item itself
I will offer a replacement (if available) or a refund as appropriate.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty or damaged.
International orders
International buyers are responsible for:
- return shipping costs
- any customs duties or import taxes
Returns from outside the UK must still be requested within 14 days of delivery.
